Are you running the plane with the wings on? If not, you plane will shake like you are describing. Also, smoke just means you're running it rich... might be too rich.

Check:
Prop balance
Running with wings on
Needles are factory set
Send in if you have done all the above, or if you don't want to do the above

OKAY GUYS I WILL TRY FIRST YOUR RECOMENDATIONS JASON IF NOT I WILL SEND IT TO DA AND USE THE NEW ENGINE IN THE MEAN TIME. WHAT WOULD BE AN AVREAGE TIME THAT DA WILL TAKE TO CHECK UP THE ENGINE. FROM RECIEVING THE ENGINE TO THE END.

i agree with jason sounds like your low end needle is to rich. lean it out a little things should smooth right out. make sure your wings are on to dampen the vibration.

had a similair situation this weekend with the smoke WAY too rich had to lean it about a half a turn and still think its a tad rich but much better

No mufflers. Just the engine and the ignition that you have been running on that engine. Make sure to put attn Tony Russo on the box and they will let me know when it arrives.

HEY GUYS HERES AN UPDATE I TRIED ALL THE ADVISE GIVEN. THE ENGINE KEPT WITH THE SAME PROBLEM THERES HAS TO BE SOMETHING WRONG. I SWITCHED THE ENGINES INSTALLED THE NEW ONE GAVE IT A KRANK AND IT CAME ALL GOOD THE VIBRATION WAS WAY MORE LESS THAN THE OTHER ENGINE I HAVE TO SAY THE ENGINE PROBABLY HAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT. NEEDLE ADJUSTMENT VERY SMALL ONES IT TRANSITIONS PERFECT AND IN IDLE PERFECT. I WILL SEND THE ENGINE THIS WEEK TO DA TO GET CHECKED AND GET IT READY FOR MY NEXT PROJECT COMP-ARF EXTRA 300 2.6 THANKS EVERYBODY FOR THE HELP.
