nver tried sullivan, I have a TME and like it. Downside, you have to use a speed control if you want to control the flow relative to the throttle. Otherwise it works great and the flow rate is way beyond what's needed.

Sullivan Skywriter ALL THE WAY!!! You can set it up with your throttle/mix to manage the amount of smoke oil added.... Just make sure you use some foam to insulate it from vibrating. I had to resolder mine after several flights as the power wire came loose. I beleive sullivan fixed this problem!!!

I've got two Sullivan's.........and why would you want all or nothing smoke......that's just a waste of smoke oil. More oil doesnt' mean more smoke.

electric smoke pumps are heavy, and junk. dubro pinch valve, a check valve and tap into crankcase pressure has worked by far the best for me (and is less than half the weight)

I've used the TME and the Sullivan, and I like the Sullivan best. The TME worked fine, but you can't control the smoke flow without a speed control. So, at low throttle, you're pouring more oil into the mufflers than you need. That wastes oil, makes a huge mess on the plane, plus it cools down the mufflers which makes it smoke less.
