Default H9 33% Sukhoi SU-26MM / hacker A100

Hey Every One,
here is my latest Project. I saw this plane and thought it would be real cool as a electric.
here is my setup.

Hacker A100 motor
Jeti Spin 200 ESC
Mejzlik 27x12 prop
TT 4"1/4 spinner
5 JR DS8711 servos
Spektrum AR7000 RX
2 A123 2300mAh RX packs
4 5s 4000mAh MaxAmp Li-po's (10s2p = 36v. 8000mAh)
I'm looking to get 5000 - 5500 watt's out of the setup.

the plane is 22lb. with a DA85 and MTW110 can.
the motor /esc / lipo's are 81/2lb. so I should be able to get it to come close to 22lb. around 245 watt's per pound.

FBW4 on RCgroups used a similar setup on a 33% extra here is a link to the thead. with video http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=797864

I ordered the Plane Last week (hope to see it next month sometime)
the Hacker A100 sould be here in 2-3 weeks (out of stock)
the Jeti Spin 200 I will have this week
every thing elise is on it's way

any and all coments are welcome

This plane should be awesome electrified.
I just wish the ARF's would ship. I ordered one last November and the shipping date has ben pushed every month since. If it dosen't ship in March, I'm getting a CompArf 2.6m Yak instead.

I got the Jeti Spin 200 opto and the Jeti Box real nice.
the ESC is HUGE it wieghs 12.3 .oz with conectors and mounting hardware.
the instuctions are not clear on hook up on the battery side. there are 2 + RED wires and 2 - black wires and 1 16g red wire.
when hooking up the batteries I assume that I will use 2 Deans conectors.
each will go to a series jumper. to conect 2 li-po in series.
the question is were dose the small red + wire conect to.(one of the li-po's ?)

I was right the small red wire conects to the + side of the plug

I looked closer at the picture of the ESC on fbw4 thread. I see that is attached to the - side of the ESC.

The smal red wire is the "anti spark" wire, connect that first... then after a few sec the main red wires and there should be no spark, make sure you set up correct timing and kHz rate before you run the motor. Personaly i would not use Deans, instead 6mm gold bullet like Plettenberg, LMT, Jeti, if you are not planning to run your setup for more than 200-230Amp then you can solder the 2+ - wires to one 6mm bullet.

Joacim,
Thanks for the info. the guys at hacker said that the motor comes with setup Info for the esc. I will look into the 6mm bullets. are you using the bullets on your Li-po's or do you have deans to bullet adapters

Although not a big name, there are some decently priced 6mm bullets here. Bullets are handy doing series packs, plug a + on one pack into a - on the other and then plug the other 2 into the ESC. Polarity sorts itself out (on a 2 pack series, and as long as you don't put both connectors on one pack into both connectors of the 2nd pack)

I have a bunch of these conectors with some 2/0 cable it's good for 400amps
the plane would weigh about 100lb. LOL

I have seen some other build theads using deans plugs. I'm going to stay with them. all my other planes have deans plugs right now and thay seem to hold up you need to keep a eye on them.

Thanks
