Default Pictures of Junked Planes and Helis.

Lets see those dumb thumbs, lockouts, wrong plane selected, forgotten timer outa gas crash pictures. I'll start off.

Picture 1: used to be a Wild Hare extra 330: Coming into land after an IMAC sequence. "Am I behind that line of trees? I think I'm past those trees... Yeah I'm in front of thoe... swoosh.. tail broke off.. not too bad. But when the tree was cut down the thing got totaled.

Picture 2: was a U-Cant-Do 3-D. started as a full throttle take off to full throttle snap to full throttle down line landing. Nuf said.

Picture 3: (dumb thumb) used to be a quickie 500 V tail. it's a classic full throttle lower lower lower thump. It hit the dirt at a little over 100 mph.

Picture 4: was Jeeum's Dave Patrick edge 540. he was working on his flat spins and his rudder locked at full deflection. Apparently his rudder servo needed a little more practice.

anyone else?

Now this one was mine - ouch! The little pin in the end of one of the washout arms flew out and instantly twisted up the links going to the head. Your suppose to fight it to the end - I should have hit the auto switch. I turned it - rudder works fine - and started descending. The twisted links are shorter than they used to be which gives negative pitch - bad! My descent rate was rapid & full stick did nothing. It hit hardpack dirt (cement like) and the throttle linkage on the 50 broke off. It hit more rpms than my T-maxx will & egged out the con rod along with other damage. Painful. As well - I dismantled the wreckage and threw out all the busted bits. Then a week later I'm thinking this wasn't my fault. Thunder Tiger said to send in the remains and I would probably get a new kit - arrrgh! Bits gone. There are those days!

My buddies Adam on left and Ronnie on Right.
UCD 60 and UCD 40... both dead within 10 min of each other.

Adam.. out of gas in Hover, and ronnie was floating in the wind, "kiteing" and it dumped.
Kind of funny and SAD.

This is the same plane, first pic is the first crash. I thin that the receiver battery came unplugged. the plane was doing 100 foot tall outside loops until it took a dirt nap in the soybean field.

2nd pic. 4th crash of the plane. Dumb thumb, I did a high speed snap on low rates. My flying Buddy said "I wonder what that would look like on high rates?" I found out. The right wing separated from the fuselage at about 75 feet.
