Just thinking about this whole ordeal to make a proper cowl duct(See Russo's cowl thread). How hard would it be to just make the cowl,let it setup. And then epoxy/resin the ducting on and then we just trim it for our particular motor? If manufacturers did this from the factory, it would sure make life easier on this subject.

Did aero tech make a 35% extra 300 XS kit recently??? Just bought one and thought he said aero tech but couldnt find any reference to the plane. thanks
