There's two main hobby shops right now
Hobby World at 295 and 103'rd Street
and Hobby Town USA at San Jose and University Blvd

The field I usually hang out at is
4825 Island Dr
Jacksonville, FL 32226
(Make sure thats off 9a and New Berlin Rd, some GPS's will send you to the beach)
Let me know when you're coming and I'll see if I can make sure Andres, Parker and maybe Jeff are there.

Jonathan and that puppy needs some pilot goggles and a white scarf. I'm sure they look great
driven down the road with there head hanging out the window of your truck and the scarf blown
in the wind..

I was down in the area of the field today so i took a little detour and tried looking for it, but the only place i could find with a black tubular fence didnt exactly look like a wide open field(there was a big tower sticking up in the back) so i guess i just misseed it. Oh well, ill just have to wait till saturday. Cant wait to get out there and try my hand at flying this thing. Hope i dont crash it X.X

A little thing I learned about crashing is simply dont worry about crashing it . You probably think i'm crazy, but when you are hovering a 2 grand plane on the deck, and you start worring about crashing, you just might. It's a common fear that all of us have to overcome, It "governs" your flying, and your not thinking normal when worrying about crashing. You'll soon see what i'm talking about . Just overcome it when your flying, take a deep breath.

HAVE FUN!

Rogarn, just go back through this thread and you will see what happens when you go to hover with a friend and go FORGET to put gas in the plane........ does crashing hinder my flying, just gives you another learning curve. dont forget to call me and I will meet you at the kangaro so that you do not miss the field.
