Default ESC - Hacker Master Spin 99 OPTO - BEC WIRE?????

I received my new ESC from Hacker/Jeti and I realise that it has 2 wires, one to the receiver and the other I have no idea, must have something to do with BEC, but this ESC does not have BEC!!

Can someone give me a help here..

It is not a BEC, it is to connect to a spin box for programming.
