 in the AF, to max out, it's only 45situps 45pushups 1.5 mile run in less than 9:30 then you have to factor in age, body mass index.(retarded height/weight/waist size that punished those who work out, and rewards those who can barely pass)

AR 600-9 covers weight control for soldiers. It states though that those soldiers who are overweight/tape because of muscle will not be flagged etc. In other words, it accounts for those who work out. I cant believe the AF would punish people for that.
