What works and what does not
I was going to add to the Freestyle post, but then didn't want ot hijack it.
Part of that thread got into various aspects of cd'ing a contest, with many good suggestions (ie white board listing judges and scribes) Lee (aka capcanuck) and I are hosting the Canadian SA (IMAC) Nationals this year.  Any suggestions and thoughts are welcome. Most events I've been at (Ontario, Canada) have had freestyle on Sundays. We all use piot judges, Lee and I are considering the local Air Cadets or high school students (who need "community service" hours) for scribes and runners. What else do you do? Of course - everyone is welcome to attend Good CANADIAN BEER, good food camping (Grant has a gun at the field just incase the bear comes back)
