Default Extreme Flight 110" Yak pic's

Rennie already did a biuld thread so I am just going to post some pictures. If anyone has any questions fire away.

The kit is absolutely awesome. The covering is great, and I have'nt had any issues on the assembly at all. It is all fitting together perfect.

The only thing I see that I would do is that I would have to paint the inside area of the front of the cowling where the opening for the engine are, it would look better flat black, simulating a radial engine, I think Aeroworks does this and it looks great. This is just me, it's a great looking plane!

I agree, I think that would look good painted. I will probably do something there.

Hey Tim,
Looks awesome!! I have 5 flights on mine, built it in less than 12 hours. Just like you said, everything fits perfect, covering is perfect, just another perfect plane that Chris did his homework on. Everyone at the field went crazy over it this weekend. It feels and presents so much like a 40%er, I don't think you're going to be able to beat this plane since it works off a 35% size budget. I'm using it as my primary competition plane this year, and if all goes well I'll fly it at XFC. Here are a couple pictures from this weekend.

I guess the boat finally arrived? Is Chris shipping these out now or only to select customers?

A very small shipment went to team guys, last I heard was late March to early April. You could call him, or maybe he'll post on here with more detail. I can assure you that he'll let everyone know when the full shipment they are expecting arrives. I can tell you that this plane is well worth the wait. Chris is setting a standard with these planes that will be very hard for others to match. The landing gear on this plane alone is nice enough to look at all day, let alone the rest of the plane. Chris really has his heart in this business and he deserves every bit of cerdit he gets plus more.

Anyone in the New Jersey area that is interested in this plane and would like to see it send me a PM, I'll do my best to meet up with you. My schedule allows me to fly just about any day of the week depending on the weather.

I checked EF's website the other day and it wasn't on there. Any thoughts?

There's a picture on the main page that says coming soon. By the way, there was some question in Rennie's thread about the performance of a DA 100 with this plane. I'm running a DA 100 with MTD TD75 cannisters (smaller cans) and a 28-10 Mejzlik. This setup is more than enough power and is actually the same as Chris's prototype. I hope to get a video soon and you'll see what I'm talking about.

I hope to maiden mine this weekend ! I'll get you some pics very soon.

I'll maiden it with the "old" da 100 but in 3weeks this will change to the New DA 100!!
I'm going with BMB tuned pipes! this will be a bom!

Not right off hand, my guess is around a pound or so. I'm sure someone will chime in here with a more accurate answer. I haven't checked the total weight of the plane yet, I'll do it tonight and post results.
