I talked to the guys at EF about the plane, they say as stated late March or early April, also I think it was Chris I talked with said this plane would fly great on the DA-85 if you wanted to use it. Myself and the profession I work in I'm all about power, I love twins.

Chris is in the process of finishing one of these with a DA 85--said he will have it ready for Toledo and will post the results when he flies it.

I would love to see how an 85 will pull it outta a hover, sluggish I would think for such a large airframe. Not that the 85 is a slouch, I had a 106 TOC on cans in an 107" Ultra yak, which had nice pull out and wouldn't use anything less than a DA 100 on the EF 110" Yak.

I'll bring you tons of videos :-)

But first I have to finish it ... finished the stabs and wings today and programmed the servos.
I'll install the wheels tomorrow and finish other small things. Then I just have to install the pipes, emcotec system and lipos and I'm ready to rock and roll :-)

I think Lee is correct, around a pound. I was going to use the MTW TD75K setup but the plane takes the TD75's, the clearance between the top of the tunnel and the gear plate is to narrow for the K's. So I decided to go ahead with the ES pipes.

Guys, The planes were delayed a bit because of the Chinese New Year. A small shipment came and those planes went to Team members, and the last one was sold.
The container is on the way and they should be available soon..probably within the next few weeks.
If your coming to Toledo, check one out at the Extreme Flight Booth as one will be there along with many of the other great Extreme Flight Offerings....
