I picked this up from a friend at our Club's swap meet RTF and got one heck of a deal on it. He gave me a whole entire other Concept 10 with this body kit. I was wondering if any one know what model of heli the body is? Or does any one know how I should mount it? i'v never really been into helis but I know how to fly them. I don't know to much of the names of parts or to much on how they're supposed to fly. But.... this one flies and it flies good! It's a little rough in the air but for $50 bucks I'm loving it! I'm sure it needs to be tweaked a little bit by a pro but it does just what I want it to do (Basicly just flying around) I'm sure it would be able to roll or loop but it looks like the blades will end up hitting the boom if I do one
I always wanted a scale heli but not for what they go for. If any one has any good tutorials on how to put body kits on helis, please list what you know And if any one has any info on this heli please list that too ![]() Oh, and if I didn't mention the name, it's a Kyosho Concept 10, and I have no idea who makes the body kit or what model it is, or to much on how to properly secure the body to the frame. Happy April fools day! (this thread is not a joke!) -Dan

Killer deal. mounting the body really isnt that big of a deal.. the only thing that worries me is the heli not running smooth.. A rough running heli will tear any scale body to pieces.. Before you even try to mount that body make sure the pod and boom portion is vibration free...

oy, Yeah the tail rotor vibrates alot. some thing must be un balanced but the whole tail rotor has soo much play in it, it's not even funny. I balanced the blades with a Minature Aircraft Comp blade balancer and it took the shacky-ness out of the rotor head. I guess I should try and balance the tail rotors to. when I get a little extra cash flow I want to take it to the hobby shop and see what other tail rotors will fit or come close and will work with this heli. I read up on it and all the Kyosho Concept 10 tail rotors have play in them and I couldn't find to much on how to fix it. I checked it with my T-rex tail rotor for VPP foamys and its a little smaller then whats on it. I'm sure there has to be a better one out there. I also got some CF blades with the deal to, but the guy said he couldn't get them to track right and said they might not end up working for this heli
