Default TOLEDO: Horizon Hobby

One of the busiest booths at the Toledo show, Horizon Hobby put on display all of their new offerings. The Spektrum side of the booth was chalk full of new gear for giant scale including new batteries, and some awesome transmitter offerings including the previously posted 12X hybrid and native boxes, and all kinds of RX offerings.

Also spotted, the new Carden Yak 54 50cc - Niiiiica, also the big ole cub on floats. This is a combo if I've ever seen one - Joe Nall all the way baby!!! Take a look at the shots, excellent Horizon goods to be had in 2008. Plus a TON of friends.

How could you miss the twin engine electric? I may have one of those in my hanger soon.

I have looked at this pretty hard, and im almost 99.9% certain that its a H9 35% 260 with a custom JR cover scheme and graphics. looks really cool! i didnt even realize what it was at first.

That looks like a display of radios all retro-fitted with their 2.4 modules...

Max, this is a GREAT new look..................at least for you

It was awesome seeing you again and catching up!

BTW, the model someone asked about is just a 35% H9 260 that belongs to our JR marketing manager Mike Sieniarecki. He did the same thing for last years show with the H9 Ultimate in the Spetkrum scheme that later ended up on the cover of Model Aviation. He worked with Bryan Zang on this one who came up with the killer scheme and graphics and Mike stripped down a 260 and recovered it.
