Voodoo. . . you are a gutless wimp. . . .
![]() I know you want to stir the sticks at midnight. . . c'mon. . admit it. ![]() Reyn, there's a ladder on the side, and a reinforced roof. . bring a lawn chair. You can get the "Penthouse View" of the goings on. BTW. . I just "Turned on the lights" on the plane. . at one end of the living room, with the rest of the place dark. .I then went to the other side of the kitchen (30 feet away) and was able to read a book. These suckers are very bright.

Kris, you know what they say about depth perception going to the wayside once you are past 40.....
Throw in night vision on that factor and you have a recipe for excitement. You might consider eating carrots each day starting NOW. I have seen vids from the Nall of night flying but none of the cameras can really get it. Do someone know someone that can bring one of those fancy DEA night vision cameras so we can get you on tape??!! Me and Russian Thunder are rigging a couple of Mojos to dog fight with. I will also be setting up with metal helmets offering the light weight aluminum or trusty stainless. ![]() I don't think my WrongWay Cam will be able to work at night.

Very good C'mon ..someone else talk about the Huckfest. ,. . hate to think I'm the only one with something to say. What else is everyone bringing?? I want to take tons of video. .so who shall I watch? Who wants to let me test fly their planes? <VBEG> . . .who has a charcoal grill I can borrow instead of dragging my own down there? Hate to think I'd be roasting these Bison ribs and steaks over (gasp) Gas. . . .

Dear Sirs:
I have read enough! Atlanta is open, Welcxome to Atalnta, We're heading to Atlantas! Please tell me , simply, the address in Atlanta. I hope to be therel, but Atlanta is a big place! Please tell me where in Atlanta that this evnt is to take place. We finally got the dates. Nowhere, (correct me if I am wrong,) but nowhere in the advertizement did it say where in Atlanta. (Atlanta is a big place! ) If I rent a car, where shall I find this flyin? The event in Napoleon, Ohio , had exact directions on how to get there. Maybe our natural flying instinct will take us there, but I doubt it. Please, simply, where in Atlanta? You people from Flying Giants are a great group, but I think it would help all concerned if you would include a simple address where the October Huckfest is to be held. Thanks. Willard |

The event is at the Georgia Model Aviators field, located in Ballground, GA, the suburbs of Atlanta. You can find information about the field and directions at http://www.gmarc.com If you're driving from the Atlanta airport, take the exit from the airport ti I-85 North. Stay on I-85 through the downtown area, about 20 miles. After you get north of downtown, you'll see an exit for GA-400 North. Take it. There's a toll booth on GA-400 (fifty cents). Stay on GA-400 for probably 40 more miles. You'll see the exits numbered in assending order. Just past exit 17, there you'll come to a traffic light. That's Hwy 369. Turn left on Hwy 369, go about 7 miles and look for a road called Old Federal Road (it will be in the middle of a wide left turn in the road). Turn right on Old Federal, and you'll be able to see the field ahead of you after just a few hundred feet. All together, I'd say its 60 to 70 miles from the airport, and pretty easy to find. |
