Alright, I need a little help. Weather looks iffy Thursday and Friday. I'll probably be up there as planned Thursday and Friday anyway, BUT....

I would like to be able to fly somewhere in that area tomorrow (Wednesday) if at all possible. My first choice is to fly at GMA as a guest of a member. Second choice is to fly at the Sandpit or in Chattanooga at Summit, or anywhere in between Chattanooga and Atlanta. EF was hesitant to give carte-blanche approval to use the field without being a guest of the club or with club approval.

Does anyone have a site available for a small group early-bird convention? Right now it's me from South Carolina and my buddy from Texas trying to get some flying in together. If you have something, PM me and we can talk. Might do an informal mini-Huck if possible.

Hmm. . you've never flown in the rain before??

You don't know what you're missing

Lots of wet flying at Joe Nall this year. . hate to think that a "Huckfest" is full of weenies who are scared of a little water. .

I'm in!!

Just cant fly the Futaba FAAST....The last time I did it spazzed out big time. I got the 35% and 40% on trusty ole 72 mhz. Maybe a garbage bag to cover the X-mitter.

Stop with all the negative vibe’s Think only positive vibe’s

70% chance of rain also means 30% chance of no rain.

Positive -Vibe's

Lets see 30% of 24 hours is 7.2 hours looks like a full day of flying to me. So we get a little water on Friday. Saturday and Sunday are looking okay to me. Looks like we just might have to huck a little further into Sunday.
