From the "celebration to Chris" standpoint.. I'm all in! He has some terriffic products, great support and just all around, one heck of a guy. I've had a couple of his planes, and rarely hear from anyone who isn't happy with them. I guess we'll see some of his new extras and other "secrets"... maybe the one only rarely seen up at GMA!

From a "whazzup in the flying world" standpoint, I'd love to see some other equipment out there. I'll definately be there, maybe just as a spectator, enjoying what you guys that know what your doing can do with a plane... that's one of the fun things about this hobby, its just as fun to watch someone fly as it is to control one.. well, almost!

I hate to say it but I know of one Yak that will be there if it makes it that long. I will be there with my 110" EF Yak and will have the EF Extra there for backup. If I need a change I will jump over to the WH Ultimate and try two wings.......OH YEAH. I CANT WAIT.

They are sanding the grass strip this month, also doing some improvements to the asphault strip where it transitions to the grass strip... should be in great shape in October.

What grit are they using to Sand the grass strip? Seems that anything finer than 100 grit would be pretty inneffective. . . . Where can I buy a roll of sandpaper in bulk like that. . it would save a ton of money if I ever build a 50% plane.

the st louis one was fun this year and we really appreciated mark and the crew and all of their hospitality..... but ATL is ATL!!!!!!!!!

if it is anything like last year it will be a mini joe nall #2 flightline!!!!!!! you gotta be there to understand!!!!!
