hey guys.....
late last night i was cruising around and reading into a bunch of threads and i had read from a couple guys ( which now i can't find it ) about Chris possibly coming out with a 35% extra of some type.....is it true? I can't really see why Chris would try and hide it or anything , i just thought he possibly just hasn't mentioned it yet. I know he builds some great flying machines , so i was just curious to see what you guys may have heard. Jeff |

If you look closely at the first image of the thread you might find what your looking for..
http://www.flyinggiants.com/forums/f...tml#post429687 Wait that's a 40%er I believe.. So a 35% would be a while.. |

Best rumor I've heard in a long time! Specialy if it has 111" span to one up the Yak.

I looked at that picture that LK3-d put the link up to....and sure as ***** , it looks like an over sized EF extra 300.......what size though , i can't really tell. Looks big though......probably closer to the 40% size i think.
I dunno....i have this "THING" for the extra's right now. I think i've looked at just about every single make there is , and i want about 90% of them HAHA!! I'm keeping my eyes peeled over the next few months to find a 35% 260 or 300 to do a DA-85 build with a tuned pipe. It's buggin' me bad to build one. |

Needs pre-mounted wheel pants, pre-hinged, wheels and axles supplied, gear mounted, cowel mounted and then I will buy an Extreme Flight. What can I say other than I'm a lazy arse.

Sean, how about it comes with the engine mounted *and* it will fly itself while you're at home studying.

A few guys have flown it and said its AMAZING. A MUST HAVE. And it looks SOOOO KILLER. But I have heard nothing about a 35%er. Who knows!

hehe....you freak!!
I was looking at staying around the 100cc / 35% for at least another year or two. and since i already have a 35% WH Sukhoi , and i love the construction of the thing , i am looking pretty hard at the 35% WH 300. Besides , i really , really dig the pocket hinging Tom puts on some of his airplanes. I just haven't owned any EF aircraft , and thought if they had a 35% extra 300 or 260 out by this summer sometime , i might give it a try. |
