Would AFPD or G4 work with latest Apple Mac?
Hi everyone, I have just purchased latest iMac (apple mac) with OS X 10.5.2. This thing has an intel processor. My question is, would any of the modern sims like AFPD or G4 work on this computer?
I have another option, where I can load Windows XP or Vista using Boot Camp and then use any window based programs but If I can, I would try to avoid that. |

You are going to have to use bootcamp to run either sim. That is the only way that I know of to run a sim on MAC right now. By the way you can't go wrong with AFPD.

Is anyone running AFPD on their mac using bootcamp? If so, are there any issues?
I have a macmini (my first mac...why did I wait so long?  ) that that is awesome but I will hand it down to the kids and get the new iMac I want if bootcamp is all I need to run AFPD. mac guys...SPEAK UP!! Steve |

I'm running Pheonix with a new iMac and Bootcamp. You also need a full version of Windows. I'm using XP. Works great. I'm also able yo use my Castle Link and Eagletree software with out a hitch.

If you want to use AFPD and avoid using Windows, AFPD has been released for Linux.

I have a IMAC and my g3.5 does not work. but I use Parellel not bootcamp. I need to get bootcamp somewhere. I need to upgrade to lepard
