I had to pay a $25 toll on the NJTP with a $100 bill at 5:30 in the morning, I got $70 in quarters and 5 singles. Good thing the quarters where all rolled, I paid part of my car insurance the next day with the change

Go to a friends computer.

1. Just show the desktop and print screen.
2. Open up paint and paste it in paint and save as a picture.
3. Set that picture as your wall paper.
4. Disable all icons.

Actually, pennies are legal tender up to a buck. So the booth operator would have to take them.

And for the background trick in the other post, do the print screen thing but then just open the resulting bitmap full screen in paint

Yea that one liner is a killer for sure. That one right there causes the bozy to go into auto stupid. Their pantys twist all up around their walnuts . Poor fellas get all red in the face and blow a gasket. They must be feeling bad about the money they wasted. I hope they feel better soon.
