N2 backed things way up here in Daytona a while back doing closed traffic on the 10500 foot runway testing the ILS. I had to wait 45 min for takeoff that day. Tower was able to get maybe 1 or 2 planes off after the 3 min wake turbulence wait before Mr Bigshot FAA Citation did another touch and go. It was a mess.
