I used some E-Flite's I had around here and there's a bunch of slop in two of them already, so since I've not had good luck removing servos attached to foam with hot melt glue, anybody got any hints on the best way to get 'em off so I can change them out???
Zeeb,

I use a hobby knife ,sit down and start workin all around the edges till only a small amount is holding the servo on. Then twist the servo and it should release.

I've started using servo tape. Got some from Mike at DW, he gets it from Home Depot (Just double sided tape) really sticky. Ive used this on the BAF's with HS- MG-85's and it works very well. When you want to move the servos just slowly twist till they come off.

As for Charger VS DW.....there is no VS ,I wish they would have showed in Phoenix it would have been a lot of fun thow'in down maybe next year. As for service Mike is about the nicest guy I deal't with, and makes a great flyin plane. If you have any questions send me a pm and I 'll help you with what I can.

Thanks for the tip and the offer. I wound up talking to Mike yesterday afternoon to order another foamie. He offered some advice on removing the servos as well. Hadn't thought about double sided tape, I'll consider that depending on how the removal process goes...

In the meantime, I got the package deal on the new foamie with whatever servos it is he sells (he told me but I forgot....) in the package deal and ordered some Hitec Karbonites for the Yak. I've not tried those yet and they may turn out to be worth the price.

As for other's who might wish to criticize my servo choice; I've found out with my GS stuff that at some point one just has to make his own decision on what brand to try....

Oh, I had a problem with a cirrus servo before. It just stopped working. I'll bring it by sometime Mike. I won't be at the races though It was MWE or air races.
