Default Bob G. from the Jersey Shore & the JCRCC Club @ Allaire State Park

I have been flying since 2005 and got into the hobby kinda late, bein' in my 50's and all.

Tryin' to make up for some lost time though as, at the moment, I have 9 planes on a 9CAP radio.

An Ace Simple Ultimate, a Sig Wonder, a Diamond Dust, a GP Combat Mustang, a H9 Twist, a CG Super Chipmunk, a H9 P-47, a GP Spacewalker and my latest:

Ah, Yes, finally... a GASSER.

A Cermark "version 2" SU-31 Sukhoi with a Zenoah G-23 & Bennett single pipe using Belray H1R @ 50:1 spinning a 16X8 APC (a Xoar is in the mail).

What should plane #10 be?

Well welcome to the Giants. We're always glad to see someone new especially here on the east coast. FYI plane #10 can be whatever you want it to be . There are no hard and set rules so go with whatever turns you on. Keep checking in there's a wealth of information here.

Thanks for responding.

Can you please tell me about your H9 27% Extra........

the build threads on this forum and others sorta pooped out

I wonder if you can give me any tips as far as:
-servo choice minimums (i'm thinking 625 for ailerons and 645's for elevators and a more HD for the Rudder)
-cg placement w/ a DA-50 or any thing about throttle management
-any Landing gear delamination problems and how you dealt
-etc. etc.????

ps I'm origanally from Carle Place and know some people from Rckvlle cntre.
