I checked the plane out, no real damage except for the landing gear. i ordered a new one monday so it should be here by thursday. in the mean time because it's listing to one side i will put a 6" tire on that side to straighten up the plane . ( just kidding)

Kevin,
I called DA and asked about our not shutting off problem and he said that if the carb is truly closing 100% than the only thing could be a air leak between the carb and the case. Seem's weird that they would both start doing it at the same time. Brad |

That is weird. I took my carb off and checked the butterfly and I didn't see anything. I guess i will check that gasket closer on the carb. Thanks

I have always had good luck getting small engine parts at CDA tractor. Might want to try there?
