spektrum range test for AR9000 says that by pressing and hold on to the button, it reduces the power for easy range test.
for a analog system, range test is done by using 0 knouts, which means by not extenting the antenna, for doing range test. wat does this means? how to compare analog system range test and 2.4 ghz digital range test???? |

You reduce the antenna length on a Mhz range test to attenuate the signal, keeps the range check to a manageable distance.
You can't reduce the antenna length on a 2.4 range test, so you have to attenuate the signal electronically. The engineers who designed these systems have evidently determined that the power level of pressing the button is equivalent to not fully extending the antenna.

it means not extending the antenna at all for analog system. bcos those 29Mhz/72Mhz analog system u need to extend the antenna on the transmitter for increase range.
sry for my spelling |

What is the distance you should get when you push the button. I have heard that its 25-30 ft is this correct.
