Default Fliton and lousy customer service

Hi Guys,
i can only talk about my own experience and it may be the exception, i have 2 aj flitons on aj colour scheme one fj special bothfliton direct a superb product flies fantastic.

Problem hacker esc caught fire sent back to fliton got reply for receipt of item and then never heard back Ive mailed over 20 times in 4 months. So they have my old esc i had to go and buy another hacker 40 pro and well no answers to any mails. Its a real shame as i was going to buy another fliton plane but not anymore went extreme flight extra instead. I wanted a replacement uc for plane and suprise not a single reply to all my requests to buy one.

Again the planes are fantastic even if i have only one flyable as the other has no uc. So buyer beware good at point of purchase but afterwards they dont seem to bother.

Very disapointed in a company who makes such a good product, come on guys please get you're act together.

Sorry to hear but you are not alone. There have been several threads started about this problem and it seems to be that everyone is having the same problem. I have been going thru everything as you have. Never anyone answering the phone or returning messages and thats if your lucky enough to be able to leave a message due to there mailbox being full.

Just an update, still no replies to my emails, so ill just give up and thats Fliton basically stealing my product i bought and not replacing it. Nice one Fliton, why did you just not keep my money in the first place and just not send me a product, i think this cannot be legal and if i lived in the sates i would take legal action to reclaim my goods from you. Luckily I have great faith in American suppliers and have never had any other problems form troybuilt etc etc. so will just call Fliton a lousy company, do a search Iam not the first..
