They fly pretty well on 3S as well. I'm running 2600mAh with a AXI motor that has similar specs to the Torque motor and fly for 8-9 minutes. Power is good with a 14x7 and the balance is just a hair tailheavy. 2 3/4 pounds RTF. Awesome little plane. Some short grainy video someone got of me yesterday with the profile and also the 110".

Is anyone still flying this ? Been looking for either a foamie or a electric that flies good in the wind.

Yeah there a ton of people out there flying them, they're really fun and actually on sale right now check out the website. Another option would be call and reserve one of the new 48" Extra 300's, Chris and I flew them all week at Seff in the wind and they handled it very well. They'll be in stock very soon. Check out the elevator throw, they will include arms that bolt on to your servo which result in almost 90 degree deflection, allows for the ultimate parachutes and tumbles.

Yea I see they are on sale thats what caught my attention..Im looking for something I can fly in my backyard (5 acres)...Ive had a few foamies but once a little wind kicks up the fun is over...I like the profile cause I could just hand launch it.
