From a watts and power standpoint, the Power 25 would be good....
but according to specs, it is about 50g heavier than the Torque motor.... As there is not really any room to move the battery around, you may have CG issues that require a little extra weight in the tail. The plane can handle it, just an FYI...

I had one and it is a great flying plane, not sure on your motor setup I ran the recommended Torque/Airboss elite ESC

I must say my 3D skills have improved a lot since I started flying this plane. It flies a lot like a big foamy, but can fly in just about any wind condition. It is great at the beach. ![]() My present setup is the Torque 820 motor, Airboss 45 ESC, APC 12x6 prop, and a Flightmax 4S 3000 battery. That battery fills up the available space! The balance is just a little nose heavy which is perfect for me, but it still has great rudder and elevator authority. I would think the Power 25 motor might be a little heavy which might screw up the balance.

Yea Jeff, I remember you HAD one.....
The set-up with sell works best...as that is what the plane was designed around.....50 grams is a pretty big difference

That is a big difference. This is the kind of info I'm looking for, guess I'll go with the Torque motor then. Thanks guys.

i used the 2812-720 and the 60 amp sc with 2200 4s batteries and 14x7 apc...had zero problem getting a neutral balance point.
power is ballistic. 7 minute flights and everything was cold
