Sorry but I only have the wrong half of the answer you're looking for. I have used Pete's model CF spinner (4 or 5 inches) and they are of high quality. I've not heard of the other brand.

Pete models spinners are the most popular spinners and have performed great. I heard BB spinners are good, but they are not in stock, and I called the guy yesterday and he has no clue when he's getting them back in stock.

Here are some that some; I have a 4.5" ordered. They are center bolted like Tru turn spinners.

The first one was destroyed on my gen4 qq yak crash but was used for ~20 gallons. The second one I have I bout off buddy who crashed the plane it was on. This second one is still going om H9 35% 260; but I'm not sure how long he had it before I got it. My friend who I bout second one from has a larger version on his 40% with good results so far.

I like the center bolt. I've had problems with the Pete's model circumfrential mounting. Specifically, the hole closest to the prop cutout seems to chip-out.

I'm trying a CF 4" Azure hobbies center bolt on my EF Yak for the 1st time. They sure look cool and don't set you back too much. Also if you get one from Azure don't forget to buy a CM6 plug or two while you're at it. Pretty cheap in Canadian $.
