Okay here's the deal, most of us by now are aware there is a special bond between pilots of certain aircraft types or flying styles. For example, the Profile Brotherhood and the Revver Brotherhood. I believe even Saito pilots decided to band together to justify their love for their pieces of nice-running though somewhat highly priced aluminum Zinger turners.
In light of these type-clubs, and wanting to belong to a grand club that everyone can look up to, I would like to call all closet Cub pilots out of the woodwork to join what I hereby declare as the Kub BrotherHOOD. To belong to this pseudo-club you need not pay any dues, just proclaim your undying love for the mighty Piper Cub by posting a picture of A) yourself giving your Cub the respect it deserves on the ground, or B) your Cub flying (or posing) in a decidedly unscale or irresponsible manner. Basically, either flip off your Cub or flip over your Cub. Super Cubs are welcome too! I will post a couple pictures as examples to use. When you do that, you are entitled to claim your rightful spot on the list of Kub pylotz 4 LIFE. I truly believe the banding together of Cub pilots will result in the best type club EVARRRRR. As one of the charter members of the Kub BrotherHOOD, I hope no one minds that I claim the #2 spot on the BrotherHOOD list. I'll let the inspirational pilot for this club chime in when he feels it's appropriate. After all, when your Cub goes in doing an inverted flat spin with no battery power to the receiver and survives intact, you are the CUBFATHER. Sound off Cub lovers! Flyfalcons, OUT. PS my orange sweetness actually has a scale scheme so it's all good. Last edited by Flyfalcons; 06-10-2008 at 09:21 PM. |

As soon as I read the title of this thread I knew who posted it. You need to add "Kub Brotherhood #2" to your sig.
Oh, and buy some clothes that fit.

John your spot is assured but please post some "bird" action to show your cub love when you get a chance. (reference photo #1 on post #1 for an example) Nice anti-skid work on the floats BTW.

Just getting people to admit they're Cub lovers is going to be a challenge in itself. Asking for photo proof is, well, like pouring salt on the wound.

Strength in numbers Jeff! I just saw V for Vendetta again last night and realized if there was ever a time to make a stand for Kub pilots, that time is now! Show the Cub Love!
