I may have to think this over. Get rid of my IMAC stuff and just fly the Cub. No more worring about scores, I can freestyle it all I want (after Bill shows me ) Probably more ..."can I get some stick time" requests though.

John, I think if I take the gear off I can get it in the van

I took this picture on Friday (3//6/09) It's snowing here today

I'll admit it. I like Cubs also. I now have two. The first is an old Indy RC 1/4 scale that needs a new engine and cowl. It was sitting in the bones with parts missing and broken in my buddies garage when I talked him out of it. I rebuilt it and covered it in coverite cloth. I flew it some with the engine that was on it but the old engine was just not a great engine.

My other Cub is one of the GP fabric covered .40 size. It was maidened this past Wednesday in a 15 mph cross wind. Take off and landing was done cross runway. It was like watching the short take-off and landing contest. Less than a two foot roll to get airborne and even less roll out landing.

Cubs are fun for a nice relaxing time flying. Great way to wind down the day of flying.
