Default Needing help - Having a wing adventure

While building my wings for a Bryon Taylor Spitfire, the problem I am having is that the basic part of the wing starts off being true and flat on the bottom. But as I do more work with building on the wing it starts to rise up from the tip towards the middle of the wing.

My question is how do I keep the wing straight and flat during the building process?
Thanks in advance for any help or tips with my adventure.
