Just completed the Yak and wondered if I need some baffles for cooling. Any help will be greatly appreciated as I am new to the gas.

I had a Extreme Flight 88" Yak and used the baffle plate in mine. Until I totalled it a couple days ago the DA-50 ran perfect. I have a friend that flew his several flights before installing his for looks. He had no problems with engine overheating before or after. I'm in the market for a new Yak and have been looking at the Aeroworks. I've heard they are heavy. Can you tell me how much yours weighs RTF but dry. K.O. |
