It's not. This is a new design. You're talking about the 3W Yak.

Isn't it nice to have two great companies producing quality products for us to choose from? In the end, your will be happy with either of these choices.

By the way, AW announced that it has a nice new scheme available for their YAK.

Dude where do you think the idea for the QQ120 came from, Vic you are choking on your hateraid. AW has ran that GAY scheme into the ground, not to metion the wings that have broken off and the bad service that has been a thread subject many times. The QQ service has been amazing, they are always ready to help and work with customers. Hopefully the new AW scheme won't be a circus clown looking one like thay have now.

Kevin good luck, too bad the QQ120 is out of stock.

What hatred are you talking about?(I think that's what you mean by hateraid) First, I am not loyal to any aircraft company. Second, if I had to pick favorites, QQ would be on my top 3. Third, the idea may have come from the 3W, it may have not... Who cares, it's not the same. I didn't say anything incorrect or negative.

I've also never said anything bad about QQ service. I love their service. I have a friend whose QQ Yak I put together for him. We had a couple issues, and Molly was always at her best in helping us out.

I really have no clue what you're talking about.

About the scheme: I guess it's up to taste. I like the AW schemes. Maybe you don't. Personally I think the plane in your avatar is the ugliest thing ever (scheme too) but I don't bash it/or you or say its GAY because that's only MY opinion. I'm sure there's plenty of people that like it. We all have different tastes.

And you wanna know something else? If I was in this guy's position, I would wait for the QQ because I don't like the looks of the AW Yak.

You really don't want to say that the AW scheme is a circus clown, you really need to take a hard look at that "brio" on the QQ planes, now that's a clown plane. You want to talk crap about someone running a scheme into the ground, well my friend the QQ planes have hardly changed since they came on the market! AW planes was winning TOC championships before QQ ever existed!

Have had a 35% AW extra which flew really great (until the wing blew off), the build was very easy and overall impressions were good. Have flown the AW and QQ 35% Yaks and the QQ flies better hands down, better than any other 35% Ive flown. A friend has a 120" QQ which he is very impressed with (by the way he is extremely picky -has gone through several custom built's and likes this best), it has a DA 150 on grieves and has plenty of power for the unlimited sequence. I just got done building a 150cc AW Yak and am very impressed by the completeness of the kit - goes together very fast and easy. Should be able to give some flight reports after the weekend.

1:Who has the best customer service
2:Which looks the best to you

Good Luck

Buy the aeroworks plane, its cooler and bigger and the brio scheme and kimbal schemes are gay. Maybe if they came back out with the leseberg scheme you could consider the qq but since they arent forget it. But on a serious matter you deffinetly get a different out look on the aw scheme when you see it in person. I will be hones when I bought to aw yak I felt corned on a boring scheme but now every time go in my garage I cant help but stare. Maybe it is the size... ITS MASSIVE
