Yea all we have to do here is flip the switch on the heat pump from Cool to Heat !!!!!

I just reduce the pool pump running time by 3 hours - and brace for some crazier driving on the roads.

well we didn't get any snow yet, but dam its cold at night,

I don't really have an ETA but with our winter coming fast, I have to say spring since we can't fly in winter, or at least I don't want to fly in winter
