Well my budy was here to help cut the bottom part of the wing panel... While waiting for him to help, I did cut a few pieces for the fuselage... This ain't no Arf my friends But I love it.

tonight I finished with the webbing and the tube socket end to block the aluminum tube , not much done, since I went flying to relax a bit..

hi Roger,
nice work so far. it is so dejavu to see a foam rib wing go together. i suggest that before you cut the wing shape that you true up the leading and trailing edges of the foam to the exact plan form of the wing. then you will not have those funny looking pieces of scrap foam on the leading edge of each rib. also, then the wire just exits the wing cleanly when you reach the end of the template.

i also recommend continuing the shear webs right to the end of the wing tube. have the shear web touch the end of the tube.

i wish i also had a cnc router. you know everything tha is designed at work is cut with machine tools, why can't my hobby stuff be cut on a mill? oh i know, money!

I hear you on the funny looking foam, will look into it.
As for the shear web to end on the tube, the picture was taken while in the works but not finished, here are the pictures with the shear web finished.
