its funny that you mentioned that...I just got another e-mail that said that he's just going to throw another Slick on yer CC and send me two...I'll bring you one and we'll maiden them together...sweet....thanks again....p.s. Don't get the wife get your CC statement....something about a couple of 170's on there too.....i dunno!

What are you guys going to run in yours? I think I am going to go with the 170 for mine. But if it will fly unlimited with a 150 I might be interested in that way to.

DA-170 on mufflers.
I'm excited. I just made the decision and ordered that motor. Now I am really EXCITED! Were talking a full on sidewinder going on!

I'm going with a DA 170. I figure with the larger, bit draggier airframe some extra power won't hurt. Without knowing exactly what the production planes will weigh I figure better safe than sorry on the power. Chances are that either motor will be fine

AND... although I did not fly as much as I would have liked last season, I'll have you know I put around 60 flights on my Edge, 20 on my Cap and 6 on my Cub. I will miss them all.

Our three should be here Thursday. Ours were shipped UPS Freight. The freight isn't the same as regular UPS, but they still go to the same hubs so I'm hoping that, for once, UPS doesn't smash my s
 t. I'm going with the only motor I own, the trusty DA 150. Maybe a 170 by summertime, but I'm not holding my breath.

I have a DA-170 for mine, Gman says a 150 is more than plenty though!! I was buying a new engine and just did not see any reason why not to go with the latest and greatest.

I NEED TO KNOW.
I need enough Redbull to "almost" pop my heart, but keep me up for 4 days so I can finish this sucker. All so I can then stare at it for 3 months as winter continues to rage here in Cleveland.

Not cold enough here not to fly a few times. I'll let you know how it flies Saturday. LOL Doubtfully, I'm sure it'll start raining again this weekend, and I'm too lazy to throw one together in a few days anyway. You guys will probably get a call to give you either shipping options or tracking numbers. They were on the ball shipping these things as soon as they could and calling with tracking numbers, for me anyway. I'm either lucky or they just wanted to hurry up and get rid of me. I'm guessing the latter, but hey, whatever gets it here.....lol
