Problems with Reflex!!!!
I have the reflex simulator and the cord came out of the "Phone jack" connecter and all I wanted to do was send it in for repair. I have sent two emails and have not recieved a reply. Does anybody have any other contact info other than the email?

Who did you get it from? Maybe they will have a better contact and/or warranty it. Give them a little time to get back to you. I'm sure they get eleventy billion emails a day. support@reflex-sim.de They are overseas so no sprocken ze deutch.

hey Chitty,
Maybe you could have someone at an electronics store install a new phone jack on the end of the wire. Seems like it should be pretty much universal. -Matt |
