Judging by the large rudder area and same hatch over the LG and fiberglass fairing on the vertical fin to turtledeck I would say yes it is the same aircraft with a different scheme..

It"s hard to tell just from the pictures but it looks the same. The advertised wing area is listed as 200^2 inches less than the Pacific Planes.

I have the PP version (avatar) - and the pics look identical to mine (although I really prefer the PP color scheme over the one in the pics...)
