Funny, listen to the quietness. While true just funny terminology, Chris Maier had a 3W 112 that was a 4 cyl at the 08 XFC on cannisters, super quiet.

The 212 that was on Chris Maiers plane was very quiet but more importantly, had virtually no vibration....very smooth running....

when will this thing come to europe? date? this extra is the plane! i love my 110" yak, the flying characteristics from the 123" i only can imagine...

Are you the guy I met at EXFC?

The first 123" extra will arrive in a couple of weeks, but only a very limited number...
I guess you'll be able to get them easily in the big shops (Aerobertics, Hacker, Engel MT, ...) from december or later....

The plane was whisper quit by our standards.... His dad custom made the headers and, as I underwstood it, gave the design to KS. DA is now selling them, at least they had some at TAS. You do have to remember that TAS is in the middle of nowhere and there is nothing for sound to ricochet off of except the ground and your ear. Gernot said that noise from his engine, when at TAS, would be too loud for european standards. The 200 is Totally awsome and sounds very cool TOO!

yes, i`m the guy from the exfc.
hmm, then i have to order as fast as possible. otherwise i`ll have to wait a long time i think
krill yak 55 or aero works 260 would be my other choices, but the ef is something special!

Nice to see you here at FG...
I think the 123" will be a great choise!! Chris and the crew have been working a very long time to design and tweak this plane to make it a real winner, and I'm pretty sure it will be a winner!
A great 40% design, the great building quality and a very sharp price...., what can go wrong?

the best forum for big birds like the 123".
i`m gonna tell you when i buy the kit, i promise. perhaps we could fly together next year, would be nice.

Yeah, just contact me when there are some interesting competitions or flyins... and maybe we can make the trip!

About the setup I'll use...
DA 170 with 70mm BMB tuned pipes.
3 7955Tg's on the ailerons, 1 7955TG / stab, 2 7950TG's on the rudder.
Bionic Lipos, Powerox Royal, Fasst reciever, Mezjlik/VESS prop.

So overall quite the same setup... "The setup for succes" (I hope lol) :-)
