Is it possible to connect a JR 12X 2.4 GHz dedicated radio to AFPD?
As far as I understand AFPD requires a PPM modulation. The reason is that I want to buy a dedicated 2.4 GHz radio, but I have to be sure that I can use it in my AFPD sim... Anybody have some ideas regarding this?

I suspect that it is time for AFPD to work on a patch that will translate Spektrum...

Does it work with any other sims?

I have used our DX6I on and it works fine. I know people that have used the DX7. But you have to have the right adaptor for them, it sould be the same as the original 9303 tranier port one. It should work unless JR changed there tranier port again.

DX7 works perfect with AFPD using Hitec cable.

I really want the JR 12X, but I definitely need to plug it to my Sim...
Does anyone already use it with the G4 for example? I'm referring to the 12x dedicated 2.4 GHz version, not the modular one.
