You didn't slam anyone?

Well, now that you edited your opening post, I really can't quote you, but I'm glad you left this post in tact:

People want instant gratification.
You felt they didnt do what you expected them to do and you came on a public forum and let the general public know that you werent pleased.

Would you have come on here if they did what you wanted right away and told everyone what a great place Horizon is to deal with?? Maybe, Maybe not.

This type thing is exactly why I have a select few companies I recommend. Horizon being one, DA, Dalton Aviation, and FMA direct being others. Truly the leaders in their fields, unequalled high standards. They have ALWAYS done right by me.

Funny how Horizon stepped up and gave unbelievable service despite being slammed on the Internet. I hope this is a lesson to continue and work with the company rather than going on the Internet when at first it doesn't go your way.

Unfortunately, many will think Horizon stepped up because of the bad publicity. The truth is, they just treat customers well even if the customers don't really deserve it.

Every single time I've had an issue with A Horizon product, they have met or exceeded my expectations. Please think about this before trying to sling mud at them.
