Here it is. It's almost finished (the drawings that is)
This Edge 540T has got to be the one plane I have spent the most time on designing in CAD. I'm trying to make these plans as perfect as possible ![]() The plans are almost finished. I have to finish up the front of the fuse and add a wee bit of square holes to fuse for servos and what not. I might just leave every thing closed sept where the aileron servo goes so people can use what setup they wish to use and cutt out what is needed for that setup to fit. The plane is based off of ExtremeFlights electric Edge 540T (Extreme Flight has the sexiest planes out there IMO) and is designed for my high desire to fly a pure 3D hucker right now. The reason I know the Edge is going to be a great 3D hucker is because of my second Shock Flyer Edge 540T I built. I built the Shocky Edge RTF w/ Battery to a 5.8 oz weight and it was the best 3D hucker I have ever flown. I used the traditional CF strips on the LE and TE with only button thread to reinforce the wing instead of using CF strut rods, I used Pull Pull to the rudder and push pull to the elevator with HS 55s all around. I put a CustomCDR.com single stator motor in with a ThunderBird 9 and a ThunderPower 350mah 3cell and that plane is BALLISTIC!. great power to weight ratio and the plane flew "sturdy" instead of a floppy piece of foam in the air. Full throttle and the plane took off like a rocket straight in a line. No pulling up or down or left or right, it went straight. This Edge 540T I have designed is designed to be just like my Shocky Edge but with a better, sexier look then how the Shocky Edge looked but and fly better then any 3D hucker out there. WS: 32" Length: 30 1/4" Weight: aiming for under 6oz Motor: CustomCDR single ESC: CastleCreations Thunderbird 9 Servos: HS 55 all around Battery: ThunderPower 350mah 3cell Foam: 3mm Depron I am a big fan of smaller lightweight foamies, built to fly and not built to crash. With the hundreds of foamies I have built, flown and crashed, the 32" foamy series I find are the best, easiest to transport, easy to handle, easiest to fix and most fun to fly. Once I am finished with the plans I am going to print this baby out and cutt it out and paint up the airframe and get some more pics! hope ya'll like it. -Dan

I'm still trying to figure that one out. I use TurboCAD and it has this wonderful option called "page setup" and when it is in full size (1") it will automaticaly be tiled. Alls I have to do is select how many pages I need and then hit print. I'm trying to figure out how I can save it to like Adobe in a tiled version.
Any prefrence?
