Most folks have read a lot about the dirty dealings of Aerotech/John Sharpless. I have been more involved than I would like but I can't go into much detail other than to tell you I have not been a customer however I am dealing with him on a legal front on behalf of one of our members that we all know very well.

Let me start with this, Rob I am very sorry for not being able to get with you on the build of the plane. Due to where you worked and the fact that my firm is representing someone against John made it a situation to which I could not even talk with you without an attorney present. Please don't hold it against me.

On the Aerotech/Sharpless note here are the most significant allegations that I have info on and all have SIGNIFICANT if not absolute evidence to support them.

1. Accusing US Customs house of theft.
2. Forging US Customs inspection.
3. Forging signature on a contract.
4. Forging UPS label as proof of delivery (both the forged and original are available for viewing on FG)
5. Countless complaints of "Failing to provide agreed products or goods to customers"
6. Having his mother pose as a "customer buying part for her son who fixes planes" and calling Carden Aircraft and buying canopies, cowls, and other parts, then reselling them with his kits as his own.
7. Countless complaints about missing parts from kits and no response from Aerotech.

From what I have seen John is a person that will take advantage of anyone in anyway at anytime with no remorse. I am anxious for the day when all this comes down on him.

The one so many of you like to make fun of, 50%plane, was our largest donor.

um when i get it done lol.

scott (the motor guy) has been in the hospital and stuff so he is a little bit behind on his motors. but its fine with me. ive talked with him on the phone and let him no that im in no hurry lol and that his health is more inportant then a motor!!!

scott is another awsome guy.
