Lance flew his huge SR 71. I have been following this for years and it is great to see it finally make it in the air.

That thing looks badass. Some black paint, a couple of turbines, and some retracts and he's ready to go.

It looks as if he built it with turbines in mind. Is he just testing it with glow engines and will switch later ?

Lance did not want to risk all that equipment early. This is a test mule and then he will turbine it up. Going to be cool.
