I'm getting the H9 260 tommorow. I will be using a moki 2.1 (cause I have one) with a cline reg. Should I cut out the cylinder head in the cowl? I plan on flying (feebly trying to) mostly IMAC but I still want to be able to hover it. I do have to cut a hole for the needle valve and glow driver already.

If you have the bottom of the cowl cut for cooling, and the front cowl holes are open.. I say NO.. it will be a cleaner passage of air in and out with out it.
Especially if you have the room. The only reason to cut the head out is if the motor needs to stick out through the cowl.
