Kind of both, its a sport plane company that makes acro and a acro/racer looking plane. I'll have to find the site again.

Nemesis NXT is a John Sharp design, remember he dominated F1 racing with Nemesis. NXT looks like it is going 300mph on the ground! (It is also a race plane with some limited sport usage).
