Default FUEL DISCHARGE OR SOMETHING??

Ok before I start with my explanation it is not smoke oil. I have not run smoke in this new plane yet. Ok fellas, I have never had this problem before but it has come up on my new Carden. Ok here is a picture of my fuel system. The tank in front is the fuel and behind it is the smoke tank (empty) The vent lines, you can see them under the smoke pump, run right behind the wing tube and out. Under the plane I have two probably 1/4 inch copper tubes running out for the vents on both tanks. Ok right around the fuel copper I am getting a build up going all the way down the belly of the plane. It is kinda orange a little. Almost looks like unburned smoke oil but its not. Up in front where the cans come out (in front of the fuel tank) I am getting your normal exhause. Just about a foot back is where I am getting this grime. I'm using H1R and the filth looks kinda like that. Since this picture I have ran a circle of fuel tubing around the top of the fuel tank and attached it back to the vent. I flew and I still get this grime. Whats the deal. I dont have pictures of the grim but I'm getting tired of it cause its soaking down my plane. Can anyone guess what is wrong?

Yeah but its not like fuel. Its paisty and nasty like residue from something. I squirted fuel on it the other day to see if that is what it was and it just kinda evaporated
