Airfoilz used to have a profile Yak that was nearly indestructable. they still offer a few kits that are profile but the majority of the kits are now full fuse. they fly great and even the full fuse kits build FAST. with a A20-20 your power will be excellent. Plus you get the benifits of having a airfoiled wing vs flat slab. check em out.

not in production but 55'in ws and i know it takes impacts nose into the ground WITHOUT damage cause i did it twice due to overheating the esc , lolol , gotta love EPP nose(cowl area), and its was from about 25 feet up and bounced off the ground nose first, hehe. nothing funner then KE'in at walking speed with a 55in foamie next to yah.
(gettin some kits of the indoor/outdoor GLASS ready for sale soon for the winter session, 31inch ws version). which is also half depron 3mm and half EPP 6mm, can take about 75 ground outs with little fixin', it likes to bounce off the floor, unless of course you put it in highspeed and cartwheel , then well , like all , it breaks right behind the trailing edge of the ailerons(center fuse) but still a 5 minute fix with a little glue or tape, it handles 20mph winds outside awesome if you got enough motor to get it back to yah.lol

PS!!! just realized im answering a question i asked, errrrr , doh , um , however it works/worked.LOL ,

I'm finishing up a 38" Juka. The manual says the CG is 1" behind the carbon spar. Is this correct?

Thanks. Been flying the 38" yak and had lots of fun with it learning 3D.
Ready to give the Juka a try now.

ive flown both and i own the juka. in order to get the yak "locked in" i moved the wing to the aft location, my juka is in the middle. they are great planes, i doubt ill own a comparable balsa electric again.

I will say that the DW Yak seems to fly better then any of the other foamies I have flown... I think because it is stiffer.....
