Yes, CH model makes the Blazing Wings planes. I have the 2.4 m Pitts 12 that I am assembling at this time. There are some quirks and quality issues, but overall, it is a pretty well built plane. I will do a build thread when I am finished with it and post construction pics.

Would like to keep this thread focused on the Thunder Tiger 40% Pitts M12 though. Thanks for your help.

I too was looking at this plane... Is it just me or does the rudder look too small? I love the ultimates due to their huge rudder and huge rudder authority, this plane seems to waiver here....atleast in the photos.

Yes, I did thankfully. To bad I sent the wrong engine all the way to California. Ending up costing me like $65.00 to get it back and ship him the right one. )(*)((_*&(^(^&^& Ouch.

Hello Rocky, I also am very interested in this plane. I have the 40% Yak, and the pic's look like the fuse is very similar to the yak. My Question is, is the same manuf. that built the yaks the same ones building the pitt's? We thought the quality of the yak was very nice, and chose it to do the mods you may have seen in my thread, (SD Models 40% Yak 54/ girt-r-done Giant scale) I have similar thoughts with this airframe as well, the yak is 36lbs. and the DA 170 pulls it very effortlessly. Is it available in ARC form also? I wonder if a PYTHON will ever be available?
Thanks

Hey Garrett,
Glad to hear all is well with your Pitts and Andreas upgraded the necessary items. I only sold mine because I bought the TT TOC 40% Pitts M12. I couldn't help myself, just had to go bigger and I could not keep both. Let me know how the maiden goes.

If you search for TT TOC Pitts M12 you should find the build thread for this one. I think I am going to be very happy.

Blue Sky!!

43 lb.s ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, nice was that with cans or stock mufflers.
Looing for a new home for my ZDZ160, has been pulling around a 41 lb Extra with no problem.
I know a 170 would be the hot ticket but do not really want to go buy a new engine.
