![]() ![]() Oky doky, here is the deal. I'm in Iraq and I'm missing being able to fly. The simulator just isn't getting it done for my "fix" anymore. Last summer I bought one of these and wrecked it when a convoy drove by with their "Warlock" jammers on. I've been skittish ever since and I mailed all my junk home. I had quite the operation in my room for awhile. I've got access to secure compound I can fly at now with no vehicular traffic. I want another plane. I'd rather not have to buy all the building supplies/tools all over again. I've got all that at home. So, here's my offer. Would/IS anyone out there willing to put together an RTF of this plane using good parts and a "reasonable quality" radio. I'll need a charger/balancer as well.
If interested I can do a personal check, pay pal, or CC. Thanks! Chad As an afterthought, this would work too: ![]()

I showed my medic buddy over here the plane pics.
He felt they needed "altering." Sometimes I hate my friends. ![]() ![]()

Chad Went down to the US and picked up your radio today , Hope to have it ready to ship middle next week?
Went down to the good ol" USA today to pick up a Spektrum DX6i for Chad Dixon the US soldier stationed in Bagdad that I'm building a E-Flite Extra 3D 260 480 ARF for to send to him in Bagdad and lo and behold there is a extra unknown package for me. You guessed it after nine weeks a brand new in the box E-Flite Power 110 . so I have no paperwork to get this back into Canada I go to the Chamber of Commerce to use there computer go to my archived offers and there it is a receipt but not from the James Simmonetti (Jimmy Simms) on RCU but Anthony Szabo (tiger711) on RCU printed it out and all went well at the border I had printed off the thread Extra 260 3D ARF And showed it to the border guard and not only did he not charge me for Chad's stuff but also my (I thought I'd never see) E-Flite power 110 .So it ends up paying it forward to this soldier must off made this my lucky day. Thanks to all FG members for there help and support.

Anyone think a OS FS 40 could be worked into one of these ? I've got a little four stroke I had in a EZ 230 Extra and this plane looks like a perfect match if it could be done. The EZ is a brick. Still have it but it Static Only.

What's the voltage output of the bum charger? I may have one here. Just be a matter of a cord swap.
Thanks. C |

Brian if the misses is done with the wing bags before the new charger arrives, just send the bad one along. I can cut and splice to make something work here no problem. I have access to a good soldering iron. (Motorola is right up the street from us)
Can't wait! |
